X-ray Left Knee Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital Fredericton

Well today I got called over for an X-ray for my left knee pain I’ve been having at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital in Fredericton. The nurses here at the Stan Cassidy Rehabilitation took me over. It was a very quick x-ray. I was literally in there for 2 minutes.

X-ray left knee

The x-ray was normal, so I will have to wait and see what the doctors do now. The last time we spoke an MRI would be ordered if nothing came back in the x-ray. Hopefully being a patient here at The Stan Cassidy Rehabilitation Centre I will be able to get in soon. Apparently at the Fredericton Hospital there’s a long waiting list for MRI’s. They are currently overcapacity, more patients than beds.

In the meantime in Physiotherapy I am only walking between the parallel bars every few days now. They don’t want to push my knee further but at same time they don’t wanna lose any progress I’ve made. It seems to only bother me when I put weight on my left leg. I’m putting more weight through my legs, which hopefully they are just weak. Definitely don’t want anything slowing me down from my recovery with Guillain Barre Syndrome. I’ll be talking more with the doctor come Monday.
